Take 5 to Exercise is the new approach to senior exercise videos!!!

I want to introduce myself: I am the Fall Prevention Lady and it's time. Time to Take 5 to Exercise!
Falls are accidents and accidents happen but one thing I want you to know: falls are not a normal part of the aging process. True, the incidence of falls increase as one ages but there are numerous causes for that and muscle loss and weakness are what I am most passionate about.
To me, fall prevention is more than picking up throw rugs and keeping the night light on. As a Certified Senior Fitness trainer, I want to raise the awareness of how participating in a consistent exercise program reduces the risk of a fall. Medical research at the Fall Prevention Center of Excellence in Southern California proves that lower body weakness is the primary cause of falls among seniors living within institutionalized settings.
I have produced a 5-day fall prevention dvd series, Take 5 to Exercise, to promote gentle stretching and strengthening movements among sedentary adults. My Senior Exercise Videos go back to the basics. No matter what age, a person is never too old or too young to benefit from seated exercise routines. Visit my site, www.take5toexercise.com, preview my clips and order your own Personal Trainer in a box today.
