I completely agree with these rights. Teachers should be held accountable for making sure kids learn these things in school, and parents should help enforce them at home.

I played flute from 5th grade on through high school. Fiddled with piano and guitar but wouldn't say I'm talented like they are in the music field. It was fun but don't think I should quit my day job just yet, ha!

My mom could have been a concert pianist, but raised kids and now teaches primary school music. Dad is still very active in jazz bands. String bass and trombone most recently, but was into chello (spelling?) in college. Both very talented!
