I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, giving back to the community and advocating for public health and policy issues that will positively impact the health and well being of our community

I have over 8 years of experience working in the non profit sector in a variety of capacity, am a team player and leader in whatever I do. I am passionate about helping others and interested in making the most of my entrepreneurial spirit.
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
I have been working in youth development and alcohol prevention for the past 2+ years and was seeking an opportunity to advance in my career. This position allowed me to return to my roots in higher education and health promotion while applying my skills in community organizing and youth development. While seeking new opportunities because of the contract work I was doing, I began developing my own plans for independent consulting as a starting point for bigger projects and a brighter future.
