What are you passionate about?
Helping women look and feel their best. Passionate about the products and that Mary Kay has been the #1 selling brand for 15 years!
What makes you a valuable networking contact?
I want to connect with people from all walks of life, but I also have something to offer professional women....a friendship with personal service. So many people are busy, why not have your own MK consultant...someone who will talk to you about excites you, who listens to you, and makes recommendations on products that make you look great. I offer personal service delivery and mail delivery, so you can skip a trip to the mall or the drugstore. You can call me anytime, and I can let you in on my own specials and new hot items that are coming to market. I can help you organize great classes with a theme for your friends and family, collegues and neighbors. You will see how much fun you can have learning and playing with MK products. Contact me for some great advice on starting a beauty regime, learning about makeup and different looks such as casual, classic, and dramatic, fragrance, body products, and men's care.
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
I live on a fixed income because I have a disability. I want to supplement that income, and in time live on that income as well as my significant other's income. I want to mentor new consultants, and rise to the position of team leader. In 5 yrs, I can see myself as a Sales Director.
Offering (Products, services, expertise, etc. you or your company can offer others)
Free products for hostessing classess, great personal service, complimentary facials and makeovers, discounts and specials, exceptional product knowledge, and concern for my clients. I don't want them to think of me as a sales woman....rather their consultant who understands what they want and how to make them look great which also helps them get there. If you are a professional, then looking your best means using skin products that help your skin look great and wearing make up to work. This shows management that you care enough about your position to look your best everyday.
I am very excited to help women to look and feel their best everyday.
Seeking (Products, services, expertise, etc. you or your company are looking for)
Event planning, how to network effectively, accepting "no" and not taking personally, meeting new people, finding new clients in the process.
If you have had the opportunity to participate in the Cambridge Who’s Who Teleseminar Series, please share what you have learned.
