Thanks for asking about the radio interview. It went well. Carol, my agent called in, a fan from the UK and another from AK. I've since learned that there were others waiting on the line, but Jerrry chose to only take three callers. I also did a 20 min radio interview on 3/30 with another station, hosted by Sonja Perdue out of Chicago. That interview went well, too.

Sounds like you're have a great time, visiting the clubs and being with the people in the biz. That's wonderful and those times can be so rewarding. Those times can re-energize your creativity.

I'll order your CD this evening. Paying bills right now, ugh!!!! This recession is impossible!! Prices go up and income remains the same! My sales have taken a hit by the economy. One person said to me, "When it comes to buying food or buying work book--food will win hands down."

Hey there! I am so sorry I disappeared for a while. After the holidays I got pretty sick. I am on the road to recovery now! Doctor God has spoken and I have to change my diet and lifestyle! OUCH! No more coffee! My favorite drink. At any rate did you finish the article. Go ahead and send it to me. I think I have everything I need once I get the article to submit it. Congradulations on your blog. What is the URL or address of your blog. I would love to check it out. I am sure that I will learn something there as well! The business is at a stand still as I have no further money to invest. I am working on that. I sell candles at night 1 to 2 days a week now and hope to be working making coffee at starbucks by next week. Once I can put money into the marketing of the my websites I am confident they will produce on some scale. We are just trying to get through this recession like everyone else. Sorry i have been lost. I have been super busy with year end tax planning at work, besides all the final projects and exam at school for my Master Courses. I am doing great, like i said super busy but focus and accomplishing all that i want little by little. I saw your new accounting website and it looks great, i look forward to having mine soon, lets see how that goes. =)
Work is crazy this days and I can't even think about Tax Season. This year our office have two ladies leaving us as of December 31. They have been working for the company for many, many years and there are a lot of clients that were being managed by them. Imagine not only i will have my own clients, but i will also have all of their clients this tax season which means i will probably be working very long time hours and wont have change to even breath!! but hey it will pay off right!? =)
How is your accounting business? Has it pick up with the new website and tax season coming around the corner?

oh.. btw.. i am about to have two new clients of my own... MY FIRST OWN CLIENTS!!! I am so excited... but probably won't believe it until i actually start working with them, because as of right now it is still on the talking process... I will keep up updated.

I cant wait as you said to have my own practice and work for myself. Don't get me wrong, on these economic times... a job sometimes comes very handy, and I love working for my current firm, but i also have very high goal set up for my self on my personal life and one of those is to become a great CPA and have my own successful accounting firm.... but baby steps right?

Well Lester, I just stopped by really quick to say hi and let you know I haven't abandon the site or anything like that... I just have been really really busy this past few weeks.
