What are you passionate about?
I contribute to the international understanding of human performance improvement and organizational development principles for the purpose of enhancing human performance in the world. I do this by further developing expertise in these areas, by teaching others what I know, and by learning what I can from others. (I know, this sounds very serious, and I like to have a little fun, too.)
What makes you a valuable networking contact?
I both know my "stuff" and care about people. That's a pretty good combination.
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
I came to a point where I decided I wanted to spend more energy accomplishing my own personal and professional goals, that someon else's.
