Diana: There are a few books about Paleo Eating.  The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain and Paleo Diet Solutions by Robb Wolff plus cookbooks as well.  It is eating like our cave dweller ancestors, no wheat or gluten or dairy - just foods our bodies were genetically designed to eat.  No agricultural revolution ingredients.  There is a paleo food list and those are the ingredients that inspired my grain free paleo granolas.  If you google paleo diet food list you will see many resources available for researching paleo.  I have bloggers review my products as well so if you do something like this, I can send you some granolas for your tasting & review as well.
