Looking for a new Accounting gig!

Hi Everyone,A few months ago, I was laid off and have just been at home with my kids. Although I truly enjoy my freedom to accomplish certain things I have not had time for in the past - working out on a regular basis, spending more time with my children, and studying for the CPA exam, due to some personal changes, I am in need of a steady income. Hi Kristen,
I've been in the Accounting field for over 10 years now. I'm planning to take the CPA Exam early of next year. I've had to put it off due to some life changes - having my kids, but I know if I put it off any longer, I'll never do it! I really enjoy spending quality family time with my hubby and kids, but also enjoy time for myself. When that happens, I can sit down with a good book, do some shopping, or pamper myself at the salon.

Thank you! =) I am definitely blessed to have such a wonderful hubby and a great pair of kids. We are expecting our third child in October!

Hi Christine, Thanks for the invite. So how long have you been working in your field? I've been here in NC as a broker for a little over 3 years now helping companies and sole proprietors with their benefits package by protecting and positively impacting their assets and financial future. One thing I enjoy the most about my job is the interaction with people. In my free time, I dance a lot of Salsa and like to learn new languages.
