I drink Spring bottled water. I drink it because it is clean (supposedly), however, I know that filtered tap water is cleaner and safer when you drink it out of a glass instead of plastic.

Good Reply, Roberta!
You're actually on the right track. Springs of living water are by far the best - the challenge is that all of them are becoming polluted.
Years ago I put out a search for the finest spring water in the country and found it in upstate New York. I had the water tested not only for impurities but also for life. The water was delicious and marvelously refreshing.
Many favort distilled water which is devoid of life when observed under a microscope. However,
It is beneficial under certain circumstances. Filtered tap water (unless from a spring) is also lifeless.
And yes, plastic containers are toxic so purchased spring water should never be left in the plastic bottle but rather transfered to a glass jar.
Thanks:) Your reply is very informative as well. I enjoy sharing my thoughts and ideas as well as receiving them. Thanks again for sharing........

We might also consider the type of water we drink in through our cells when we shower, bathe and swim.
Using a handful of MgSu (Epsom Salts) in a bathtub full of water is a good idea because it is a way to absorb minerals.
I am delighted to report that I have discovered a nearby pool which uses saline water as opposed to chlorine for purification.
The best by far is swimming in the natural salt water of the seas.
is it safe if the water is drank soon after you buy it, or is the plastic worse if its left to sit for long periods of time, how do we know how long the water has been bottled before we get it from the stores.
I drink spring water now, but when living in Arkansas had artisian well water within walking distance, that water after a very short time created a desire to drink it, it was if you couldnt get enough, my hair grew so fast, nails got harder, skin softer and when I moved back to Mo within a year the damage was returning, but I do know there is a HUGE difference.
I drink bottled water, it is natural water according to the label. I drink it because of the taste. Some bottled water has a sweet taste, and city water gives me an aftertaste. I sometimes will drink tap water if out of the bottled water, but not very often. Actually, I probably do not drink as much water as I should.
