Amen!
I never could figure out the subway transfers so I simply walked - probably a blessing!
Dr. Murphy's office was right under the "el".
Novacaines had not yet been invented and I had 9 teeth out by the ime I was 19.
Unfortunately - a sick puppy. But anyone can resurrect themselves!

OK Coach KELVIN,
Thanks for your kind support on Facebook!
i am increasing my pool laps each day and I am so grateful for the difference in how I feel.
I am literally restoring dead legs to life!
Indeed, exercise is most important - but limited without combining it with the other laws of health.

It's So True All The Laws Must Be Applied In Order For One To Not Only Reach There Goal, But Maintain It As Well. When I Approach My Workout I Always Give Thanks To The Higher Power For Giving Me The Strength To Go Forth. Yes The Laws Go Hand And Hand: Like Building A House- A House Can't Be Built On Quick Sand, It Must Have A Solid Foundation And Then All The Other Elements Must Be Included. Keep Up The Good Works. Bless You!
I would have to agree, walking is really the only thing I can do, my knees are shot from all the softball and vollyball dives I did in my teens and cant use bike, but love to walk, I always take my camera with me and see all I can on the way, its great for your body, mind and spirit.
Hi Susie Yes Walks Are Great, Especially When We Make It Enjoyable. Carrying A Camera Along Makes It Fun And Adventurist, This In Turn Puts You In A Different Mine Set Helping To Accomplish Your Goal.
Each person's interest & level is different.Exercise should be fun,pleasure & hard work,not imposed by some one.Some of my students,love yoga,some don't.I enjoy fitness as a whole.
Same way, enjoy the food, but don't over stuff yourself.Live life simple & enjoy the natural beauty of God.
Blessings. Veena
