Nutrition is a "whole being phenomena". We nourish our body and soul through healthy foods, through religion, through self healing, positivity, de-stressing, resting our mind and body through sleep.
According to The American Heritage dictionary Nutrition is:
The process of sonourishing or being nourished, esp. the process by which a living orgnism assimilates food and uses it for growth and replacement of tissues.
