Rest can mean different things for different individuals. Rest for me begins by trying to get at least six hours of sleep each night. Spending quality time with my family, playing the piano, meditation, and stopping to observe the beauty of nature.Taking a break from my computer, all of these things help me to deal with my busy work schedule with dignity and composure. We need rest to help our minds and body rejuvenate, to decrease stress, which has been documented as the cause for many illiness. In my opinion rest is essential in maintaining a healthy body and mind.
Rest to me any time I can just sit and relax or meditate to relief the stress of the day or week
