We are told we need the sun for Vitamin D.

Please let us know how much, if any, exposure to the sun is enough.

The sun is essential for life. Of course an overdose is believed to lead to skin cancer, a fact we did not know fifty years ago when I was a very fair waterfront head at summer camps. I would often get burned to the point of blistering. And yet, I don't have skin cancer (cancer is in my family line) which I attribtue solely to my improved nutrition over the years.
I still take the sun for the much acclaimed Vitamin D benefit - but only in moderation (10 minutes a day) and not in the direct sunlight from 10:00AM - 2:00PM.
If it is possible to sun in private, nude sunbathing really is the most beneficial.
Minimally try to wear a two piece bathing suit and expose the spleen area to prime the pump.
can you share a little more on this does the sun go deep enough to heal organs under the skin too, I dont know that much on this subject
The heat of the sun does impart an energy which gets things moving.
Other factors such as high level nutrition need to be in place for full healing to occur.
so if the diet is right in the way of being balanced, the sun will activate it all to flow together, thats awesome. I never knew there was more to it than the healing emotionaly and feeling relaxed
There is much more to everything!
Heat gets the blood to flow to the area which needs healing.
