Group? Again we reach a state of inactivity leaving me to carry the ball and so I shall.
Water is essential for all life processes. Although experts differ on the time a human may go without this life-giving liquid, there can be no debate that if no water is available much longer than a week suvival would be almost impossible. I assert that survival time varies with the individual and their condition and the conditions surrounding them as well.
So, the conclusion is that Water is Essential for Life!
Water is to the body as fuel is to a car. Without water nothing in the body functions properly. The old saying is 8 glasses of water per day.
My doctor had me coming in every three months.I rebelled because a visit to the doctor takes my writing time. He demanded my drinking water so my urine is clear. When I was younger I had kidney stones, but my pastor prayed for me when I was in the hospital and no more stones. What a true blessing.Sometimes I get leg muscle cramps at night and I read drinking water helps. I like water so I drink alot. If it is tasteless, maybe I use a little green tea for flavor.I drink green tea with out the sugar.A break for water helps me relax when I work. We live at the edge of a small pond that I call my Walden Pond and I imagine my water is from a spring near by. Being healthy is important because Throeau died from exposure living at his pond.
Water is a natural flush for the system. Kidneys are the filter so water helps the kidneys filter. Additionally, the color of your urine can actually tell a doctor if you are not drinking enough water.

When we pay attention to the physical needs of children in the schools, then we will see progress!
