OH WOW DO i HAVE A STORY ON THIS ONE, I was always having problems with low blood sugar, in 2002 I was at friends home learning to do beading, I hadnt been eating right and was so hot just didnt want to. I started feeling really light headed and passed out, they poured 5 gal bucket of water on me(in gentle way) trying to cool me down, I was out and not responding to anything, my friend remembered I was hypoglycemic, he ran in house a got some honey, keep putting a little in my mouth, in about 5 min. I came to. honey gets in your system faster than anyother sugars. I no longer have this problem but honey saved my life.
Honey Is One Of The Purest Forms Of Sweets We Can Consume. It's Not Processed Or Bleached, All Natural.A Plus It's In Liquid Form Which Goes Directly In The System.
Also Honey Has Been Known To Turn Hypo's Into Diabetics. As We Know Balance Meals Are Important.
Honey is a natural sweetener, and I use it instead of sugar. I also use it in tea to soothe a sore throat. I read an article that it contains vitamins B6, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, and some amino acids. some of the minerals found in this miracle food include calcium, copper iron and magnesium.

Eating honey will improve the appearance of your hair, skin and eyes and give you a quick burst of energy when you need it. And to think I am not selling manmade products or seeking a downline.
We need to return to overall healthy living in order to derive the utmost benefits.

Honey can soothe a sore throat (especially in the Phenomenal Punch recipe at www.selfej.com), improve your breathing, calm your nerves, combat allergic reactions and kill bacteria even in sores and wounds.
