You're fortunate, Susie. Here in Florida we have many springs but not open to the public for consumption. "Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink."
My Sister You Should Be Coaching Me. That's Two Thumbs Up!
Yes My Sister This Good, What you Are Doing Is Great. Remember Your Body Will Communicate To YOU. Listen To It . Never Push Yourself Beyond Your Standards, Which In Turn Can Cause Injury Or The Desire To Not Want To Exercise. You Are Doing Great- Make A Trainer Proud. If I Can Continue To Assist You In Your Quest To Forfill This Part Of The Eight Laws I Will Gladly Do So.
Addendum
i drink spring water all the time.
I rest when I feel the need - even taking a break during dance classes. I am slowly building endurance.
The key for us all is to have patience with ourselves and not worry about what others think!
i have learned that when a person is immobile in a bed they suffer alone..All the naysayers are not there to help them.
As one progresses on a natural lfiestyle, they require less sleep every year!
Sister Susie As Our Sister Claire Has Stated ,The Water Exercise Is Great For Your Knee, Don't Force It ,Take It Easy . In My Experience With Rehab, Especially With The Knee, One Can Build Up The Ligaments Around The Area To Formulate A Supporting Cast. As For Your Back Try A little Stretching Exercises This Will Create A Rubberband Effect, Which In Turn Will Take Pressure Off The Area. Check Into It And See If Works For You.
I Have Read The Comments On Exercise And I Am Truely Convinced To Continue With My Regimen. As A Person Who Was Blessed With The Knowledge Of Fitness And Nutrient, Also Being Able To Share This Knowledge I Would Like To Say You'll Are Truely On Point. Exercise Keeps You Young. It improves Your Oxygen Intake, Increases The Blood Flow Which We Termed New Blood. Creates A More Fluent Body Movement And Posture, It Also Keeps You Alert And Makes Your Daily Task Easier. It Makes One Radaite Energy And Filled With Confidence. First We Must Find The Time In Our Busy Life Along With The Almighty And Other Laws That Appy To Create A Better You.

In my fall prevention class we worked on exercise today..
The leader stated, "Exercise should be taken on a regular basis for 30 minutes a day which may be broken up into 10 minute increments..She said it's preferable to taking medicine and having surgery. Of course, implementation of The Eight Laws of Health offers the potential for unlimited advancement. It is a matter of mind over matter in exerting the discxipline to begin. Very quickly the body takes over in the restorative and advancement process.
We began to sing to our movements and recognized that it is much more fun to exercise to music.
Yesterday evening a manager at my sports center visited our pool area. She commented that I appear to have lost weight. I replied that I had not lost a single pound. In reality flaccid muscles (coming from a state of total inability to function four and a half years ago) are slowly being toned. Inasmuch as muscle tissue is heavier than fat, in this case weight mainenance is actually indicative of lost fat. We pay too much attention to weight. There are other factors more important when benefiting from exercise!
