Hi Claire,

I totally agree with you regarding the Eight Laws Of Health. Without good health, you are basically one foot in the grave. Good health is so important to function in life, cause without it, nothing else really matters. Thanks for sharing:)

HI! I am pleased to join this group. I am the mother of a daughter with severe cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder. She does not walk, talk, toilet or feed herself. She is now 22 years old. She is a delight, She will communicate with a yes and no card. And she is very attentive and aware. Any help or new treatments would be appreciated.

As someone who has always been in good health, I must say I have taken it for granted. Now, as I live and learn, I've discovered the many health benefits of having a healthy colon, good metabolism, and taking vitamins. I drink a special juice every morning and take a supplement. Go to my website, www.purity12army.com/livewell and see what I have to offer those of you in this group aspiring for better health.

For half a year we have been focusing on Nutitrion as a key Law of Health. Much evidence has been offered as to the value of water soluble minerals in a balanced form based upon ones own individual chemistry. Irrefutable evidence is offered in "award-winning" Preserved to Serve that this high level natural lifestyle is progressive and works towards having a life which is improving every single year. There is a full chapter in Preserved to Serve entitled, "Scientific Rationale" which supports this conclusion. We need to learn to focus on minerals in the soil and in ourselves which when properly balanced lend to an increase in "Energy" which is a concept requring much further investigation - available through www.selfrej.com
We will now turn our attention to the second law of health stated above and that is Exercise. Please respond to the first Discussion above on Exercise.
Salud!

So many have wished they could have what I have and do what I do. Would they really wish to have the most difficult life challenges which I have had? It's time to learn vicariously and bypass such struggles. The interesting thing is that I give to myself daily through faith in utilizing the highest form of natural nutrition. Anyone can do the same with better results; since, I come from such a sickly background. It's time to seriously follow the Guidelines above as to how to get the most out of participating in this Group. Salud! Claire

Vegan = only fruits and veggies
Lacto-Vegetarian = fruits, veggies, and daily products
Ovo Vegetaian = Fruits, veggies, dairy, and eggs.
Carnivor = All of the above + meat and fish.
I am a work in progress transforming from Vegan to Fruitarian which is as the name says soley fruits (and a little nuts).

I would never eat "raw" seafood or meat. I am a vegan anyway. Raw vegetables I will eat. I say I am a vegan. However, I'm not sure I qualify for a true vegan. I do eat chicken, turkey and fish.
