I help people to prevent and recover from heart disease. I have been An RN of rover 35 yrs, hold a doctorate in Nathural health and am a certified Integrative health coach - working in all areas of one's life  to ensure optimal vison of health in mind, body and spirit. My specialty is stress management and its impact on health My passion is empowering women to create heart healthy lifestyles.

In my practice, I find almost all my clients have the need to create balance in their lives. Stess has a profound effect on the choices we make in how and what we eat, our movement (or lack of it), rest, relationships, and professional development. These are just a few of the areas that suffer the impact.

I look forward to topics and hope my contributions will be useful.
