Hello colleagues at MD ALLIANCE BILLING,LLC. I was wondering what you think of the healthcare reform? I personally do not like it because it does not address the real issue.
The bill does not require the insurance companies to honor their policies no matter where the insured might be when they are involved in an accident or
have had other life threatening issues beyond their control.
For instance, who gets up in the morning and tells themself that half way to work or on a trip they are going to have a heart attack or a stroke, or even a car wreck
The way I see that insurance companies are reimbursing is legalized fraud. You pay for a service with premiums, but the insurance companies do not have to honor a claim if they can find some reason not to. example, not in network,
was not preauthorized ( by someone that knows anything about treating a patient), even though it is life threatening with some patients and their medications, the pharmacies still will not fill a prescription, BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS IT IS NOT COVERED.
IF WE DO NOT TREAT A PATIENT WITH THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE
WHEN THEY ARRIVE IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM, THEY DIE, WE ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
IF CHARGE SOMEONE A MONTHLY FEE BUT DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE DUE TO SOME STUPID EXCUSE, THEN WE ARE ACCUSED OF FRAUD.

SOCIALIZED MEDICINE IS NOT THE WAY TO GO FOR BETTER PATIENT CARE.
