Nancy that is so true! My children and I swim at our local community center and are surrounded by seniors prepping for their morning class. I can't help but start to exercise along with them in the pool as I play with my kids. It lifts my mood and tightens my core, while being easy on a knee that likes to act up in the winter.

I highly recommend water aerobics as the exercise of choice  Low impact on joints and good way to build muscle and stay fit.

Greetings, I whole heartedly believe in using as many natural products as possible to improve our well being. My son suffered terribly from dry cracked lips and skin surrounding his lips and we tried everything we could find on the market and through our doctor. Nothing worked. Out of frustration and concern for my sons health and emotional well being I began to make my own lip balm in my kitchen. After trial and error I came up with a formula that worked wonders on his face. We were going through lip chap like no tomorrow and it didn't work, my BEE CHAP worked within a couple of days and still today years later he has never had another problem with his lips or face. I just launched the company at www.beechap.com and had a booth at the county fair with great success and repeat customers during that week. I have commitments from local  health stores to carry my product but I hope someday to be world wide.

I look forward to networking with you!

Sincerely

Elaine Carter
