I have just recently started clipping my own Goldendoodles. I have a retired breeder/groomer that is giving me a few lessons. I am still taking my "greeters" to my regular groomer as she does a much better job than I can at this point. However, I am happy with the progress I am making with each new haircut. I use either a #4 or a 3/4 inch guard depending on how long I want the coat. I do this on the body, but then I scissor the legs and trim up the face. I leave the tail alone and the face considerably longer than the body. I believe this is called a "puppy cut".

What types of haircuts do you do? I have a few that have teddy bear clips and one that we keep very long. Glad to have found you!

They are such wonderful dogs! They are intelligent, have a great desire to please and learn, and are low to no shed. You can learn more about them on my website - www.Goldendoodles.net or also at www.GoldendoodleAssociation.com.

Thanks for your interest!!

How exciting! I do not own a doodle but I groom many of them! Love to further my knowledge of these sweet pups! Tara www.milliondollardoginc.com
