The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, abbreviated ARRA (Pub.L. 111-5) and commonly referred to as the Stimulus or The Recovery Act, is an economic stimulus package enacted by the 111th United States Congress in February 2009. The stimulus was intended to create jobs and promote investment and consumer spending during the recession. This $787 billion bill allocates approximately 65% to spending and investments and 35% to tax cuts.

We run a Cost and Recovery firm that helps business owners and companies with Gov’t stimulus money. We are currently working with several Manufacturers, Engineering firms, Commercial properties, Restaurants, Hotels, Retailers, Contractors, Realtors, and other businesses all over the United States helping them and their clients qualify for Federal, State, and Local credits. As you probably heard in the news, the Small Business Jobs Act of September 2010 has expanded minimum qualifications allowing more businesses to qualify for several programs.Let us help you get your benefits!

Just Knowing how to follow your credit is great. But it's not enough. The Identity Theft Shield protection that I provide not only monitors your credit but when something happens to you they do all the work for you. They do all the work to restore your credit to what it was before. I suggest that you go to my web site and sign up for the membership. If you would like to talk to me further on this service you can email me at agkempf@prepaidlegal.com or call me at (715) 579-1244 ( my cell) there are steps that can be taken to recover what you have lost and restore your good name.
