I am a walking miracle - coming from being very sickly, yet highly hyper at the same time.
My ongoing improvement and peace is due to a trust in the Lord and all of His natural provisions.
Shallow breathing has become naturally deeper over time, now from the diaphragm.
I have seen similar blessings accrue to those who embrace God's laws and follow them!
None of us are perfect. What's been missing is a standard to be shooting for!
Ditto on the walking miracle...after surviving a premature birth....I learned that staying active, proper nutrition, and rest are essentials.

I played some high-school football which gave me the mental disciplines that i still benefit from today.

I bike about 10 miles a week... and am currently 6'3" and 225lbs.
I am trying to avoid using plastic water bottles, using lesser plastic boxes & watching whatever I eat & buy.
It starts little by little from your inner self.Use fresh water, fresh air & live naturally, if possible. blessings.
What can you tell us about Comtrails vs. Chemtrails?
COM -water vapor. Chem-particles.
