Personal Branding through Global Networking

Thank you so much for featuring me. I just won't the group to know, I have written and completed my first book titled, Canadaville: The beginning. I am open to sharing my life story with others, which centers on the devastation I witnessed due to Hurricane Katrina. Forced out of New Orleans by the engulfing floodwaters, I relocated to an unfamiliar location in search for shelter and safety. It became all about survival. The Baton Rouge River center was my location after Katrina, a facility housed with about 3,000 displaced hurricane victims, packed like sardines. I faced several obstacles before finally ending up in Canadaville- a self-sustaining community on 800 acres of land about 1/2 mile outside of Simmesport, Louisiana, designed specifically for Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita evacuees.

I am also penning a short story titled, "Living Among The Trees". Here is how I got my start as a writer, where I got my initial spark to put pen to paper.
